HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

Introducing your new BFF, Afterpay! Afterpay allows you to buy what you love, then pay it off in four interest-free fortnightly payments.

It’s like that old thing called lay-by except you get your clothes immediately instead of waiting until you pay it off… and its interest free! There is no minimum spend, however there is a maximum of $800.

Please note:

  1. Just make sure the amount of the first instalment is available on your credit card when you purchase. Next time you choose Afterpay at Checkout all your details will be on file so you’re ready to purchase.
  2. You will be charged a $10 Late Payment Fee if a payment is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the Payment Schedule, with a further $7 Late Payment Fee added seven days after the payment is due if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.

AFTERPAY FAQ’S

Please allow your Afterpay purchase to process completely before exiting or clicking off the screen, as this may cause your order to not generate in our system.

Can I return an Afterpay purchased item?

Yes. Simply lodge your return through the normal process and once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will notify Afterpay to release the payments you made back into your nominated account.

Please note: We will only be able to process your refund through Afterpay once your return reaches our warehouse and gets processed. You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed, but everything you pay for the returning items/s will be refunded once processed through our system.

What if I can’t pay an instalment?

If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.

If I don’t have a credit or debit card can I still use Afterpay?

Unfortunately not. Afterpay requires a Credit or Debit card in your name to be supplied in order to use their services.

What if I have a problem with my Afterpay payments or account?

You will need to contact Afterpay directly in relation to anything issues regarding your purchase.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, you can spend up to $800 in a single transaction.
